I've been brewing all my life - from picking Crabapples and Rosehips for my Grandad, helping my Dad with his brews to my own endeavours - just about every country wine you can mention, wine kits, beer kits and now all grain beers. ......and there are still people on this forum who know waaaay more than me.....
