Hi there folks :cheers:

I've just bought myself a beer brewing starter kit and hope to get my first batch going today.

My parents used to run a couple of home brew shops when I was young so I remember the kitchen being full of demijohns of wine and brewing beer.

Despite the above I know nothing about home brewing so I will be reading the forum and looking for any tips / info I can glean from you all.
