Hi everyone,
Just signed-up this morning, having found the forum yesterday while googling about my Inkbird308 temperature spike problem... thought I was going mad until I found a very helpful thread all about this in the Equipment section - so will be off to post there in a moment.
Have been creating homebrew from 3kg kits for ~30 years, then used LockDown to take the opportunity to sort out "BrewCorner" in my garage, equipment from Beertorrent folks in Leamington Spa / fridge / aforementioned Inkbird etc, and now drinking All Grain Brew No.2 (brews #1 & #2 considered 'Not undrinkable' by L.Spa homebrew club folks) and brew #3 now conditioning in bottles :-)
