hi,my elderflower wine has been fermenting now for four weeks,i think its stoped there are no more bubbles.i have racked it but it has not cleared how long do i leave it for in the demi john for,

How long has it been in the DJ? Did you use any grape juice/concentrate?

I think it can take a few months to clear.

It's been in the dj for four weeks and I used white grape juice,should I leave in dj with airlock on until it has cleared thanks.

Have you added pectalase? Could be due to the pectin in the grape juice :hmm:

Use finisngs - isinglass for example, if you want to clear it quickly.
