Yep thats what i thought just needed hand holding.Alright! I'd say this means drop the temp down to 80c or so and chuck the hops in for 20 mins, then cool as normal. Your not getting so much of the bitterness from the hops then, just the 'aroma'.
I am ready to keg this now. left it about a week over. I just took a glass off the bottom tap and its rather hazy.Hi Mitch just be aware that you will get extra IBU's from dry hopping contrary to old calculations which used to say you did not get any and it has not been taken into consideration in that recipe.
It only matters if you are quite sensitive to higher IBU beers so do not panic but just need to make you aware incase you did not know
