Worth a try but don't expect too much, we did one to try to get rid of *CPC cards for drivers of vehicles over 3.5 ton, we got tens of thousands more than the 100,000 required and were told it was going no further.
*anyone who has a CPC card will know why we tried.

Signed, though I do share some of the sentiments here - and even before the pandemic et al pubs and small restaurants/cafes were closing at an alarming rate, mainly due to the land value for development....
