Hi
I have just recently bottled a wilko pilsner kit with 1kg of free sugar plus 500g Light malt extract. It was in the fv for 2 weeks, the temps were quite cold so wrapped it in a couple of towels and the temp was approx 16-18 C. My OG was 1043 and my FG was 1012. Before bottling i transfered fv to the kitchen for a couple of days in the warm just to get any last sleeping yeast to kick in. After testing twice the FG had not changed so i bottled.
Now looking at a few reviews a lot of people have stated their FG is well below so now im worried.
What are my options? Your help at this stage would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks
Pete
