I have obviously neglected to add the full grain bill !!!!! finishing off a big kenny and its turned a little kenny!!!!!!!!

I have finished boil, cooled down a small amount to test OG, and its way WAY off at 1030, rather than the 1050(ish) it should be! What should i do? what would happen if i continued to boil to reduce down to, say, 15l to increase OG. Can i do this or will it destroy/reduce later hop additions. and if i do strain and boil should i add more hop additions?

original hop schedule
90 mins - 43g challenger
30 mins - 23g bokek
15 mins - 23g EKG

cheers in advance

Is that 1.030 after temperature correction, or what temperature are you reading at?

yer thats thats at 20c

I was tired this morning and obviously forgot a kg or so of grain! I strained the hops out and have been boiling half for another harf hr or so to reduce, just not sure what effect it will have on the hop oils and if i should add some more?
