Well that’s a goodly collection!

The first is just some rubber bungs used to make a good seal between your fermenter and the bubble trap (possibly).
The second is a syphon but maybe not one of the better ones.
The third I’m not altogether sure about but it looks like a sampling spear either for sacks of grain or cheese! 😂
The fourth is a pH meter for testing the pH of your mash most likely.

The metal tube thingy I'm thinking could be a thermometer shield given the end unscrews.

The rubber seals where would I get similar they were on the top of the 2 fermentation bins
Cheers

I wouldn’t bother trying to source the same type of rubber seals, just buy rubber bungs with pre-drilled holes and make the existing hole in your fermentation bin a little larger to suit.

The third one looks very much like it's part of a sight glass assembly, missing the glass/polycarbonate tube inside it.

Additives that were included circa best before 2012 dohhh unknown how they have been stored so bin I think ;(
Shake the wine yeast nutrient too see if it's turned into a solid block. If not, you can use it in your beer as it doesn't go off. Flog the citric acid on to Dutto as he wants some to mix with his vinegar to clean his RO plates. Chuck the rest.

I got a load of bits the other week. Loads of corks and additives still sealed but a BB date 2014.
I chucked the lot just not worth the risk. Those rubber bungs in photo 1 bin them, they are so cheap to buy new.
Enjoy your brewing 😎🍻🍺🥂🍷
