G'day all
I have just got back into brewing after about an 18 year layoff!
The reason was I was clearing my garage and decided to sell my brewing equipment, then whilst emptying the cupboard of empty dusty beer bottles I chanced upon half a dozen full ones. They dated back to 1999, rather than just throw them away I thought I would try then. They were excellent, So I bought a kit (Wikos winter warmer) now I am hooked again. I now have a Newkie brown, A Geordie Bitter, A bitter made from a very old Boots recipe book and a bitter of my own making currently in a barrel
Now have mead, White wine, Peach wine and a strawberry turbo cider all brewing.
I guess the bug has really taken hold again!
Happy Brewing all
Phil
