Hi, I'm new!
I brewed my first extract kit (Wherry dry-hopped with Amarillo) last summer and enjoyed it enough to put together my own full grain setup. My first full grain beer was an an American-style Amber Ale (which was supposed to be an APA but I had to rename it on account of its colour), and I'm looking to bottle my Belgian-style honey blonde this weekend.
Building new kit is almost as much fun as brewing. So far I've built my own mash tun, kettle, wort chiller and magnetic yeast stirrer.
