I started wine making over 40 years ago (guided by my dad) and then had a break for 30 years.
My recipes come from C J Berry and Bill Crabtree (amusingly appropriate names) my wife's favourite being my Red Currant.
Although I consider myself reasonably experienced I find it's a continuous learning curve and I make mistakes which is why I have joined this forum.
I will post my problem in the appropriate section.
