Hello Everyone, I'm been home brewing for about two years, All grain for most of it, I've been transitioning from my beginner set-up to something more permanent and experimenting with my set-up. I'm learning as I go, so thanks to all for the great posts and experience, so valuable for us beginners......

I'm now between a mashtun and BIAB basket and think of ditching the bottles for kegs..... every brewday is a school day.

I agree that every day is a school day - I have learned so much from this forum

Recently gone over to kegs and find them so much easier than washing, sterilising and rinsing all those bottles

Still working on improving my set up
