I've been brewing for a few years - and enjoying it! Mainly from kits and in fact just put 40 pints of EDME stout in the keg yesterday. However, I fancy doing a partial mash or full mash next (have done one of each previously). So, I may be asking for a little advice in the next few weeks....!
