Hello I'm Paul from Ireland, This is my first attempt at a brew, bought the basics to get me started and the Festival New Zealand Pilsner, so I put that together last night its currently brewing at 22c, I'll keep this updated.

Hope to get to know you all and draw on your brewing knowledge, thanks all :)
