Hello, my name is Jim and I'm a home brewer.... first step to recovery complete.
I'm fairly new to it all (about 6months) and have done 5 brews so far, the most recent being my first all-grain. I have fallen in love with brewing and feel that it is going to take up a lot of my spare time. For me it has just the right balance of diy, creativity, science and beer drinking. I'm looking forward to learning a lot from the forum members.
