Hello Forum

Doug from Sheffield here. I'm interested in cider making. Have had a couple of goes at home which went ok. Did a rather larger, more ambitious community cider project last year. Cider turned out pretty well but I'm keen to learn more - want to be able to give all the apple donors a tasty drink in return for their harvest.

Welcome to the forum, Doug. There are a few of us from Sheffield and the surrounding area on here. I’ve not been along yet but there is a homebrew club that meets at the Sheffield Tap now and then. Not sure if they just talk about beer but I’m sure you’d be welcome.
