Hi,

Short message to introduce myself. I have decided to have a go at brewing last week and currently have 3.5 gallons of blackberry wine on the go, as well as having 100 kilo's of apples that I intend to make cider with.

Welcome to this gaff - I am new too.

Godd luck with your brews - I quite fancy making some cider myself sometime, but must admit I do not know if I fancy the prospect pulping 100 kilos of apples! Pretty lazy, I know, but I was thinking of going the Apple Juice route, myself. Have you made it before?

Not made it before but I could not turn down up to 400kg of apples!!

I have fancied brewing for a while and planned on beer first but cider seems to be more popular to start with friends
