Hello there everyone. Im based in Northumberland and have been brewing for a good few years off and on using extract kits only.
In the process now of planning an all grain set up and done my research and still a bit baffled on some technical issues (brew efficiencies the first to come to mind haha) so any help will be greatly appreciated.
