Hello brewers,
I'm brand new to this caper. Always fancied a crack but being diagnosed as coeliac a few months ago forced me to try brewing my own gluten free beer. After a few hiccups the first batch is/should be ready to drink today!
Hoping to tap into some knowledge on here.

Hello, really interested in sharing experience... Gluten Free partner. Though she can drink around 20ppm - she is Borderline.

We just completed our first 'batch' - we use Mangrove craft serie Pale Ale. Really nice.

Looking at option to do other things and taking the gluten out (ie Harris Glut Gone).
