Used to brew my own beer and wine 30 odd years ago, but gave it up due to lack of space when we moved house. We moved again last June and I now have a nice big garage to do my home brew.

I started brewing again about three months ago. We hope to retire in the next five or six years, so this will be a nice hobby and save me some money. The brewing process is much as I remember it, but the beer and wine kits seem far superior.
