I am new to the brewing world, but my son started beer making using kits so I thought that I would give it a try.
I bottled my first attempt of a festival beligan dubble kit last week, just waiting patiently now for it to do its thing.
also looking to do a strongish TC very soon.
Looking forward to the journey, just wish I had started sooner
