Hi all,
I have been noticing in my brews that while I have no issue with carbonation and head formation, the head on my beers never stays there for very long, after the first one or two sips it's pretty much gone but the beer is still fizzy.
Does anyone have any tips on how to overcome this? I have heard that adding wheat into the grain bill is supposed to help but is there anything else I could do alongside this?
