Tell the truth H! That's a foot off your long johns tied to the end of that syphon tube.
If that's true, then surely the estery-but-not flocculating yeast still wouldn't floculate. So liberty bell (in its entirety) wouldn't be a well-flocculating yeast?I think the clever money is on Liberty Bell being a blend of something estery and something clean that floculates well.

I know of “slabber” as someone who dribbles and as someone who rants on and needs a slap. Just curious if there might be another meaning or if I should just sit quietlyWe have a word here for you it’s “slabber”
Slabber means: Someone who is mouthy, and can be arrogant or annoying. A cheeky Slabber is someone who has usually said something offensive and this phrase is used to describe them.I know of “slabber” as someone who dribbles and as someone who rants on and needs a slap. Your spoiled for choice on the drinks front. SlabberSo not another meaning and nothing to do with me dribbling
…now, what shall I have to drink

The bar is always open if you’re in the area. That's a lot of tasting!
Making me very envious (and thirsty!)
Sight for sore eyes.....bet the nitro kegged ale will be superbly smoothYesterday I managed to keg and bottle my latest batch of Imperial stout. It had a slightly higher than expected FG so is 11% rather than 12%. Filled the keg to the gas diptube and filled 15 x 330ml bottles. The bottles are primed, the keg is on nitro.

Yes, so far it’s looking that way. The regular stout on nitro is smooth, the barrel-aged imperial is smooth, and the latest imperial on nitro is actually very drinkable already - only kegged a few days ago!Sight for sore eyes.....bet the nitro kegged ale will be superbly smooth
