I thought this was all about brewing styles that hadn’t been brewed before to expand your brewing knowledge?
I'm going to give Mouteka a rattle at First Wort and a balanced water profile to see if that takes the edge off.I've brewed a lot of kiwi pils with different hops and in my experience bitter with magnum or something similiar. I find kiwi hops very harsh when used for bittering despite some being dual purpose.
