We have been lucky so far and have only had heavy rain and sleet but a few miles up the road in Kendal and at Shap (Junction 39 - M6) its been chaos.

One wheel steer was never going to work.

Looking at the latest forecasts, our little bit of Lincolnshire will miss it, but I've got to go to Sheffield tomorrow and expect they will have had a couple of inches.

There was a forecast for sleet today with heavy snow the next couple of days.

Turned out we had 2 hours of heavy snow. Took a while to stick but got there in the end.
