Curiosity got the better of me recently in my homebrew journey and now I am wondering if I had made a bad decision....maybe someone can help.
So it was a simple Mexican Cerveza from Wilkos......my first ever ceverza from there was a disappointment as it is coming out at 3.5% but with a bit of lime, it is tolerable.
On my second batch, I decided to throw in some Dry Malt Extract (light). So since this happened, I am wondering if it will even taste nice but I am due to bottle it today so will see.
What do you lot think?
