Harvesting yeast from Chimay

Can you harvest yeast from red Chimay like you can the blue????

Tubby Shaw has a post about blue Chimay... I got a couple of bottles of red today & there seems to be a sediment...so if poss I may have a go....

I always use Chimay red when making my Belgians :thumb:
