I am thinking of grinding my grain in a spong meat mincer is this a good idea?
Thanks in advance, texteditor.

I grind mine in a mincer - electric one. Just be carefull not to jam the chute with too many grains or it will jam and possibly rip up the gears. I just let mine drizzle in from the hopper on the top and slow the grains down if they start going too quick - you can hear the motor struggling if it does.

What size holes are in the plate you use?
Have you tried others?
Sorry but it's nice to learn from others experience!

I just use the biggest one that came with it - a few of the smaller grains go through it but then here i cant get standard sized grains. But it seems to work fine for me and not had any problems so far.
