Hi All,
Ex pat living in Turkey, been here over 6 years now.
Looks like a decent forum i found at last - been on one and its riddled with spammers! not good when looking for info and tips.

Started the home brewing off this year as i have a garden full of fruit trees, 2 white grape one red, pomegranite, fig, peach, blackberry, lemon, lime, turkish cherry(erik), loquat etc.
Hoping to get more stuff going this winter ie black currant, blueberry and bilberry.

Have quite a few problems getting the chemicals here so Mrs off to UK in nov to bring back a big order of those. Got about 200 ltrs of wine on the go so far and just about to start off some pomegranite - ginger beer ready today!!

Regards
Scream

We get our fair share of them, but they get dealt with pretty swiftly

Welcome to the forum

Hi Scream. Welcome to the forum.
Sounds like youve got quite a fruit salad there to be brewing with.
Happy days

Welcome to the forum :thumb:
Hope that capper turns up soon! I chuckled when I read on the other thread that you were using a socket set / wrench type tool for this.... the things we we do to get a cheap beer!

LoL @ capper - i used to have one of those hand held hammer it on things but as with all things turk some kit went missing on moving here. Had a 20 foot container and customs and others got to it before i did once it got here!! Grrr
