Hi,
Just joined the forum spontaniously, not been lurking so will take some time to familiarise myself.
My brewing history is relatively short: I have done a couple of Brupaks Craftsman Kits using canned extract, I have a turbo cider maturing, and a Brewmaster IPA kit bottle conditioning.
My next brew is to be a Brupaks full mashkit London Ale.
I am slightly cost sensitive, I am looking for maximum flavour / body for minimum financial outlay. My particular interest at this time is going back to basics with a cheap base kit, i.e. the brewmaster IPA, and allowing a small "improvement" budget of say £5, plan to try this out:
Brewmaster IPA - reduced length say 35 pints
500g Spray Malt (or beer enhancer)
25g Cascade Hops 30mins boil
1 tsp Irish Moss 10min boil
25g Cascade Dry Hop in secondary FV
WILL THIS BE GOOD IS THE QUESTION?? Keen to hear if anyone has done similar!
Best wishes,
Chris
