Hi,
Just joined the forum spontaniously, not been lurking so will take some time to familiarise myself.

My brewing history is relatively short: I have done a couple of Brupaks Craftsman Kits using canned extract, I have a turbo cider maturing, and a Brewmaster IPA kit bottle conditioning.

My next brew is to be a Brupaks full mashkit London Ale.

I am slightly cost sensitive, I am looking for maximum flavour / body for minimum financial outlay. My particular interest at this time is going back to basics with a cheap base kit, i.e. the brewmaster IPA, and allowing a small "improvement" budget of say £5, plan to try this out:
Brewmaster IPA - reduced length say 35 pints
500g Spray Malt (or beer enhancer)
25g Cascade Hops 30mins boil
1 tsp Irish Moss 10min boil
25g Cascade Dry Hop in secondary FV

WILL THIS BE GOOD IS THE QUESTION?? Keen to hear if anyone has done similar!

Best wishes,
Chris

Welcome to the forum. :drink:

As to your question I'm not sure to be honest as not familiar with the kits. You might have more luck asking the question in the kit brewing section.
As for cost, long term the cheapest way to brew is All Grain, but you do need a shed load of kit, and quite often a shed to put it all in too.

My beer costs between 15 and 20p per pint to brew all grain, so a lot cheaper than the kits.

'Slightly cost sensitive'

I love that, Personally I am a right tight **** which is why I started brewing in the first place. Good luck with the recipe, kit guy here too so no idea's, sounds pretty cool though.

Thanks for the welcomes chaps, will let you know how things go!

Already picking up some tips and tricks browsing around the forum :thumb:

Best wishes,
Chris
