Hi all just like to introduce myself
The names Wolf, Crewe Wolf been brewing for 6 months now and just finished my 3rd B.I.A.B. No Chill so joined up for some advice and Ideas glad to meet you all. I Live here in Crewe but havent found any homebrew clubs here yet but I'm sure there are a few pubs who would love to have a homebrew group meet up once a month but who knows anyway really enjoying the forums so wont take up anymore of your time Catch you around:grin:

Hi and welcome Wolf,

I've just done my second BIAB. The second brew was a lot easier than the first, really as I had more of an idea what I was doing. I use a chiller, that cools to yeast pitching temp in about 20 mins.

Hoping to do #3 BIAB in the next few days or so. The taste of the BIAB beers are so much better than any kit I've ever done before.

Hi Wolf,

Just thought i'd say hi. I've taken a break from brewing until recently getting back into it. I brew all grain, and love to be tinkering and inventing with the equipment I'm using. Are you still BIAB no chill? The problem with this hobby is, it's so hard to resist upgrading and developing your kit!

Anyway, if you're interested, it might be interesting to swap a bottle every now and then? I have an oatmeal stout that i'm about to bottle.

have you fond any other brewers in the area?

We'll probably bump into each other at beer dock at some point!

Later,
Reverb
