have brewed a DJ of white wine using this Grape powder.

after reading lots on here, I went for 1.1kg sugar, pecto, Campden, nutrient and the yeast that came with the tub of powder and 100gms of the grape powder itself. Very easy to make up.
it fermented out to 990 so about 13%, I didn't take OG reading as I didn't top the DJ up to full volume until after racking.
anyhow, we had a bottle last night. it tasted quite strong, the alcohol was overpowering the flavour a little bit, and the body was a little thin. but all in all, not bad for first attempt with it.
I started another DJ today but adjusted to 1kg of sugar and 150gms of grape powder. we will see...
