I would have thought it was and has always been part of the service I personally also think it's a bit rich and I will not be using them, I am all for trying to make a buck but it smacks of charging existing customers extra

I can see both sides here. The thing is someone has to do the grain crushing and their service does not come free.

I would be more likely to shop there if uncrushed is cheaper. Hard to work out the shipping calculation though. GEB also offer intermediate pricing for 5kg, 10kg bags.

No crushed is dearer depends on how you look at it with them but not most other suppliers
