Well got my pan for extract brewing can anyone recommend a good kit to start with. Dont mind what the kit is just a good one.

Thanks steve

"exmoor gold" clone from Brewuk gets good reviews as does "the way to amarillo". These were the ones I was wanting to try. :thumb:

Or if you want something darker, I can wholeheartedly recommend The Home Brew Company's brown porter. A lovely drop that comes into condition quickly and is dangerously drinkable.

In fact, despite being brewed less than two months ago, this batch is almost gone...

What do you enjoy drinking in the pub? Tell us what tickles your pallet and you'll get advice on the right sort of kit :)

well to be honest i have started to drink bitter last month after being a stella drinka for many years. i enjoyed a thornebridge jiapur but i think im best of going for a pale ale. tried my wherry at the weekend and i just seems a bit boring at the moment, only been bottled for 3 weeks tho.
i will not be brewing lager.

cheers

They ^^ do 'a few' different extracct kits, and will sell you the extract as well :)

Best bit is delivery is fixed to around £7, so dip your bread in and order enough for three or four at the one go, the extract is cheaper in bulk ;)
