Going to be off the drinky poos until Easter now. Not that I'm a religious type, me and SWMBO are getting the keys next week to a commercial premises, which we are opening as a smokehouse and diner. So going to be super busy getting it ready for Easter opening. I might start a photo blog of the progress from sh!t3 shape to the opening day. Anyhow, is anyone else giving up something for lent?

As I have a 75cl. bottle of Lentebier, from brewery De Glazen Toren in Erpe-Mere, Belgium, I want to try an copy it, by cultivating the yeast from the bottle - I've done this before with a bottle of Saison d'Erpe-Mere, and it made a superb beer. However I could do with a recipe for the grains & hops needed in order to brew a Lentebier, can anyone help here?
And no I'll not be giving up for Lent
Cheers

A shall be giving up abstinence and pursuing this penance with the dedication of a religious fanatic.

The only thing I'm likely to give up on is the scavenger I 'lent' 20 quid to 3 months ago but still haven't got back. Good luck with the venture btw.
