So haven't been able to brew for last year or so just thinking is my ingredients still OK
Malt has been in a blue barrel with steel clasp possibly airtight
Hops and yeast in bottom drawer in fridge
Hops vackpacked yeast original packaging
Anyone know is it OK to brew or not worth the risk
2 years maybe in storage max

I think is agreed that crushed grain will not store AS WELL as uncrushed , but as i mentioned earlier I am pretty confident that if you used a new yeast you will be good , maybe you wont get as good efficiency from the grain but it will still make a nice drink.

Grain will be fine as long as no damp got in.
Look, smell & run some through your fingers to see if it's ok.

If it's 1st brew back you'll need to get your mojo back with a couple of practice batches

I just brewed up four AG kits that were two years past. Couple issues

1. One pack of yeast was dead. Easily sorted
2. Hops all OK except a pack of citra that had completely lost flavour. It was 4 years old and not stored properly.

Everything else was all ok, so push on.
