Welcome!

Now the Coopers lager is a good starter where you learn how it all works, what's inside the package, what it all looks like and now what is that thingiemagic doing here. I learned three things from the starter kit - I need to clear more space in the kitchen before brewing, don't brew on the hottest day of the year (took forever to cool down- don't have fridge etc to brew in, just basic Cooper DIY kit), cleaning/bottling takes more time and space than you think. Oh and a forth thing leave it alone, just step away and let it do its thing. I did the lager as it said on the tin and the result wasn't that good. Brewed an IPA after and left it for two weeks and then four in bottles, now I struggle to keep a stock :)
