Hi, I've brewed three batches on the oven hob (10 litre boils) and whilst that works well for me I think I'll soon be coming under pressure from my good lady about the smell and condensation and will be looking for an outdoors solution. I have two gas bottles which I use for camping... one is butane the other propane. Probably prefer to use the propane bottle as it's bigger and I already have a spare regulator. Looking for advice on which gas burning ring to go for. Obviously need something with enough oomph to get a 10 litre volume quickly up to a boil, and one I can also regulate to keep a constant steeping and rolling boil temperature. What do you guys who are already banished from the house use?
