Hello all,
I'm quite looking forward to a film I've come across continuing the story of The Wizard of Oz.
It's called Gale after Dorothy Gale,from the original and her granddaughter.
At the moment it's only a 30 minute sample by an amateur film maker but has peeked enough interest to get a full length feature movie made,now in production,to be released 2025. As of yet I've not seen thd full 30 minutes as I haven't looked hard enough but what's on YouTube is very good.
Oh,it's a horror film..

Seems like all filmmakers can do these days is re-hash old films. Hash being the key word

The 1939 Wonderful Wizard of Oz was a hash of the original story. The story is dark, the film was changed to be less sinister and appeal to general audiences. Gale should match it nicely.
