Galaxy Hopped Ale

Getting this on the go tomorrow.
Ended up getting the Dennis King all grain kit from the malt miller along with 100g Amarillo pellets. Lucky I already had 100g Galaxy hops as the ones that's came with the kit are leaf. Never used leaf hops before. Think I'll use them in a single hop brew with Maris otter and crystal I already have.
Just out of interest, can you mix pellet and leaf hops? I've not seen it mentioned on the forum before.

Sounds like some tasty brews. Drinking my galaxy pale right now. I don't see why you couldn't mix pellet and leaf hops. I guess people tend to have a preference for one or the other.

I can't see why not either.
Anyway it's boiling away now. Give it 5 or 6 weeks and I'll be joining you in having a pint of Galaxy with Amarillo.
