Frozen beer…

Kegged my Proper Job clone this evening. Unfortunately the back of the all rounder was touching the back of the fridge it was cold crashing in and there was a good litre or two frozen inside. Didn’t notice until I was half way through transfer. Bugger! I guess it will be a tad stronger now…
On the plus point it tasted just right, though way too cloudy.

I did this cold crashing once too. The top inch or so was frozen and I couldn’t even get the dry hop bag out. I think I left it for a day to thaw before kegging but it turned out fine.
