I all i have made a Muntons pilsner, and last night was my first test, when i cracked open 2 bottles they were VERY lively to say the least....i could not pour them because basically i got a pint of froth...i had to let them calm down for a little and ended up poring the sediment in as i had to pour it in bit by bit.
I am guessing i have put too much sugar in when priming, although i only used 1 teaspoon per bottle as always.
Is there anyway i can pour these bottles without getting to much of a head on them? is there a technique i can try?
Thanks all
Chris
