Hi all, on March 5th I brewed an apa just using Simcoe hops. The thing is that I had run out of Irish moss and didn't realise until it was time to add it to the boil. It has now fermented to 1010 and is more or less ready to bottle. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get the beer clear? Many thanks.

In the shed now should I drop the temp of the brew fridge to 3c?
I don't know if it's a genuine apa just mo and crystal with Simcoe hops
Depending on what yeast you used it sounds like an APA to me, not a NEIPA. do it should be clear.
As @jof said, time will do it and the colder it us then the quicker it will clear. 3c, or colder, if the fridge will go colder is good.

Does it need to be clear? Unless your entering into brewing competition I wouldn't worry, don't think it will make any difference to flavour. Bottle it and see what time does.

I plan to bottle on Wednesday, so will drop the temp and see how it goes. I am sure at first taste I will enjoy it whether it clears or not. I've never entered a competition though have been tempted just to get some feedback from someone who knows about beer, rather than friends who will drink almost anything if it's free.
