I am at the moment fermenting a NEIPA about which i have a few questions to ask so bare with me please.
  1. After dry hopping and cold crash i want to bottle using my new Boel iTap, so i have the chart for force carbonation but i am unsure at what temp i should use. Is it the fermentation temp or the cold crash temp.
  2. After bottling how long should i wait before commencing to drink as i believe this type of beer should be drank young.
looking forward to your comments and thanks in advance

I usually have a taste after 5 or 6 days in the keg for my neipa's.Although i have found day 10 to be the sweet spot depending how much dry hops i added.
