Hi folks,
I need to carbonate a cornie full of APA and was wondering if the following works:
- Chill to 5°C
- Increase pressure to 12-13 PSI as per the carbonation table (http://www.kegerators.com/carbonation-table.php)
- Disconnect gas line and shake keg thoroughly
- Repeat 3 or 4 times
Has anyone done this and knows how long it takes? I've heard various results from half an hour to half a day.
If I'm using the "Shakey shakey" method, should the PSI be a little higher?
