The OG was slightly under, 1.060, was expecting 1.065. The yeast I used was an alternative as my homebrew shop didn't have the one I needed. Reading up on the alternative yeast people had used it successfully before with a NEIPA. Going to give this another try, with the correct yeast and see what happens.
