Probably shouldn’t say this as a pressure barrel user, but is it possible that the corny has a leak?

That was my first port if call. Disconnected it. Let the line depressurise . Put the QD back on yhe keg 24 hrs later and boom the guage went back to where it had been. Indicating the keg held pressure

i have in the past checked the Co2 ines with starsan and I gave the 30/70 lines a spray when I first pressurised it and no bubbles at that time.. however over the last couple of days the pressure that was in teh lines has dropped to zero so Im fairly sure my issue is with a join somewhere in the lines.. (Im Happier now I dont think its the regulator)

I have some sugar water fermenting with champagne yeast in a corny to produce some spare co2 so Ill use that to detect the leaks in the lines before I hook it up to a new pubgas..

I had this exact issue, and it was the kegland disconnect that was leaking on top. Discovered as soon as I immersed it in starsan when hooked up to the gas.

It took a while but it did find the leak. I started with the gas off and all valves closed. Then opened valves one at a time from the tank, waiting about 30 mins each time to give the co2 time to build. The leak was tiny.
