So here it is, my first every pint of homebrew !!

I must say for a wheat beer that has only been in the bottle for a week it is absolutely superb... There is only a slight "green" taste but it really does taste like a wheat beer...

I am now totally hooked by the concept that with a bit of care and following the process it is actually possible to brew you own, very drinkable, beer.

Good job i have 8 in the beer fridge......

Yipeeeeeeeeeeeee

That looks awesome, well done! The anticipation before that first bottle was palpable!

Regrettably I'm just finishing my first batch of lager, but I have half a keg of IPA and some rather watery wilko cider to keep me busy while the next two are doing their thing (ultimate brewery classics wheat beer and milestone green man)

Yup I am very much in my "stock building" phase and need to balance the speed of drinking against the patience needed for brewing...:?

Yea - The bike is my other hobby, just need to keep both going otherwise it bad news on the waistline :drink:
